How do I make a payment on my Plus4 loan?

In order to make your loan payment, you will first need to identify your account number. Once you have located your account number you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking. If you are not yet registered, you can do so from our home page.
  2. Once you are logged in to My Accounts you can select which account to view additional detials.
  3. You can view your Loans and Plus4 Credit Card from your "My Accounts" page.

Additionally, your checking account number can be found at the bottom of your checks. It is located between the routing number and the check number. If you are still having trouble accessing your account number, please stop by one of our branch locations and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Making a Payment

We would like to make sure you are aware of your payment options. Plus4 loans come with several convenient payment options to choose from:

Automatic payments: Set up automatic, recurring payments. It's free and easy. If you wish to pay your loan using an account at another institution, you may do so by logging in to Online Banking and filling out the Automatic Payment Form under "Forms & Services." Be sure to allow up to five business days for us to process the automatic payment request.

If you want to schedule automatic payments using your Harborstone savings or checking account, you can conveniently set them up through your Online Banking by logging in, hovering over “Move Money,” and selecting “Schedule a Transfer.” There you will be able to make a one-time payment or you can click the “Repeat” box to make it recurring. You may also visit one of our branches to get this set up for you.

Bill-pay services: Using your online bill-payment account at another financial institution, you may set up Plus4 Credit Union as a payee. Treat your new loan payment like any other bill you have scheduled to pay online. Simply provide the other financial institution with your Plus4 loan number (found on your monthly statements) and Plus4's routing number (313083675).

External payments: To make loan payments using funds from another checking account, savings account, Visa® debit card, Mastercard®,please register for Online Banking and use the “External Payment” feature located in the “Move Money” tab.

Over-the-phone external payments: You may call Member Services and pay with a credit or debit card or by using your account and routing numbers from another financial institution. There is a $10 fee for this service.

Mailed payments: Make your check or money order payable to Plus4 Credit Union, and be sure to include your loan number on the memo line. Mail your loan payment to 9998 Almeda Genoa Rd., Houston, TX 77075.

Visit a branch: Pay with cash, check, money order, or Visa® at any Plus4 branch, or use a Shared Branching location. Shared Branching locations can be located online at and may not accept certain forms of debit or credit cards.

If you choose a shared branching location, you will need valid photo identification and your member number with you so that the Shared Branching location can access your Plus4 accounts.

Ready to pay off your loan? You are welcome to pay off your loan at any time without a prepayment penalty. While members are not currently able to pay off their loans online, you can still find payoff information inside your Online Banking account. Please note, if you are planning on mailing a check, interest accrues daily, so the amount you see in Online Banking today will not be what is due in a few days when your payment arrives. Please call Member Services to pay off your loan today or receive a 10-day payoff amount. You can also visit your nearest branch for more information.
